This hotel chain clearly has no regard for our planet.

We booked a room with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa bed. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made up. We had to ask 3 times for bedding. When it came it was not adequate. One other thing. I was utterly appalled at the single use plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups used at breakfast. This is a shameful practice and is unacceptable. This hotel chain clearly has no regard for our planet.

I liked everything, very cosy and welcoming

Basically most what I didnt like how to come back to hotel. If you staying without car and you need travel to NYC is complicated. To come back u have to use always uber as no way back . To go you can use public transport 7 min walk back and ticket is $3 to main bus station across bridge . But if use taxi as $20 bridge fee only at the end is around $30 . And if u use every day it works a bit expensive. But if you have your own transportation is perfect place to stay.

Very good

Breakfast items kept running out. Very small set up for hundreds of persons getting breakfast. The food is not very hot and your microwave can't even accommodate a 9in plate. Hyatt normally offers better breakfast standard. The food handlers seem not to like their jobs

In genal, everything was nice, calm, quiet and under control, helping my trip to be good!

There isnt a microwave oven inside the room, there isnt ice machine on the floors where was located my room, only had on others floors
