Overall a good experience, would definitely return, as well as recommend to others.

Location was good, the room was spacious, masjid was directly opposite, metro station was nearby, staff were super-friendly & helpful.

The shower water wasnt consistent with temperature.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

Room furniture was broken. I had booked 2 King rooms pool side and had specified that I need rooms without a bathtub but was still allotted wrong rooms. I had to adjust with the rooms for 1 night. The next night the rooms were again messed up and was given a room with bathtub. Overall it was a stressful experience. The manager considered our plight and offered a refund of 300 dirhams which I still haven't received.

Think twice before you book

The breakfast was splendid. I stayed for 4 nights and there's always something new.

The room was occupied with the smell of cigarettes. The bathroom was flooded with water leaking from the toilet bowl. The so-called sofa bed was just a sofa without any bedding. I argued with the staff for a room change but was offered two separate rooms instead of a connecting room.
