Nice place and great location

Great location and comfortable room. The breakfast was also nice and so was the staff!

The bed had someone elses hair when I uncovered the sheets so it was a tad off putting.

Great location, good size room, friendly staff

Breakfast was poor, lacking OJ, omelets or bananas. Also utensils like cups and bowls, and when asked about them, kitchen staff not very friendly or helpful Also, paying to leave luggage at the hotel before our room was ready was a first. We were not impressed

Don't go by the brand name, its not really value for money.

Location is great for exploring the city of Chicago. The staff at Hyatt are extremely nice, in particular the breakfast staff. A lady named Maria served us well. She was friendly and caring and bonded well with the kids.

Very disappointed with the size of the room and the quality of everything inside it - including pillows and blankets. We did not have enough blankets or towels for 4 persons. Very poor for Hyatt. Also did not like the breakfast. The quality and spread of the breakfast was truly sub par. On weekends, they don't even have steel cutlery and you're forced to eat with disposal ones, including paper plates. The oats were very runny too. Overall, limited choice of food and no variation in breakfast over 4 days.
