The parking, it should be at least free for those staying overnight for the price per night the hotel charges.

Handicap accessibility made at time of reservation NOT MET, I had to work my way around at the risk

My hotel reservation was for a Room with Handicap accessibility, I made it know on Day 1 at checkin too. I am an Amputee and my request was not met for the 5 nights that I stayed. The Bathroom was not accessible and I let the front desk know but nothing changed

We enjoyed the location and to be able to walked anywhere from there. We had a incident first night which involved that

Location+ Breakfast included Rooftop Public parking next to the hotel

Only 2 elevators and most of the time one of them out of order Not as clean as supposed to be/ Staff was OK

Some of the staff members were helpful and accommodating

Elevator out of service and parking garage double charging. The valet service was available, but it took longer for me to get someone to assist me.

Convenient and comfortable

The size of the room was great since the city flooded and we had to stay in, we had plenty of room for us to all sit in one room.

Pushy concierge

Room was spacious.

Jay, concierge, was annoying with his sales pitch to book local tours. I had pre-booked my tours before I checked in, but he was insistent on canceling my pre-booked tours and replacing them with tours that he could book. He was just so pushy that I avoided him when exiting and entering the hotel.
