The close distance and excellent customer service! The check in was seamless and fast which helped immensely after a long trip! Emily at breakfast was a doll and enjoyable from beginning to end!!! Shoutout to all the receptionists as their customer service was beyond exceptional and they are the main reason why I would return!!!!

The room accommodated my family well and it was less then 10 min from universal studios.

Breakfast was okay. Location was good

Room wasnt cleaned when we checked in. Toilet was getting clogged over and over again. Cleaning staff was rude. Not happy with the hotel.
