Waste of money.

A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night..the whole building had to evacuate. There was no direction given. Imagine almost 700 people trying to get back to their rooms in two elevator at two am and when I called the next day for some kind of recourse or compensation they stated there was nothing they could do. I do not want to stay at any Hyatt ever again.

Fisherman's wharf was the perfect location for us. Crooked Street Coit Tower Pier 39 was all walkable distance.. Good big room. Staff were friendly.

It was so terrible!!!

We just arrived at the hotel on our first day in San Francisco, we managed our check in and all. After finishing all of the administration matter, we went to our room. In less than 30 minutes in our room, someone (without knocking and notify) came and unlocked our door. He said he just wanted to doublecheck the room. As far as i know, the hotel staff should at least knock or let the guess know that they want to come to the room. Further, i was not sure whether he was the hotel staff or not because i was shock, so i did not able to check the uniform and the name tag. Immediately, i called the front office to ask regarding this matter. They just offered to give discount on the tax of the first night of our stay and parking fee, which in total would be around USD100. Well for me and my wife, the shock caused by that man was really terrible. I was afraid to leave my wife alone in the room considering someone might come to your room and they have the key to enter.

Superb

The hotel is in a confortable position near the wharf and very comfortable to the surrounding places. Room service very good.

The room we had was a little noisy but acceptable. During summer the nearby pool could generate bothersome disturbances. Breakfast TOO MUCH expensive.
