We have liked everything Literally everything in the room, in the breakfast, the swimming pool, the saunas, the gym and all of the others, everything was easily accessible and nice to go and realax

Bad quality of service , untrustworthy , not keeping there promises. No bath towel available on arrival, after 45 min towels arrived. Mini bar was empty. No iron availability.. no hotel information sheet in the room.totally dissatisfied

Hotel atmosphere brilliant, welness definitely not

Rooms looking authentic, making you to feel you are in 1923, but at same time clean and nice. Personnel were great, I think even a cleaning lady knew English. Foods super delicious and best atmosphere was for dinner, with live performance of violin, something really unique for nowadays hotels and with hotel design really makes you time travel to early 20th century, lovely.

Basically we booked hotel for wellness and spa mainly, but couldnt use them at all, it was super crowded always no meter the hours that you go, even in December (can imagine in middle of the season how it looks), pools are small for hotel capacity, and it looks more like rehabilitation center then relaxation one, it was really disappointing. Also separation of sauna for men and womans is something that we didnt admire due to i booked hotel with wife and purpose was relaxation together

It is good as it is on a Island

Spa was good but some old people walk in with their anti slip footwear not sure if they went to wash before coming in. Otherwise they have many pools with different temperatures.

The structure looks quite old and if you open the air conditioning can be dusty.

Great SPA but that's all :(

The spa was great. Nice and quiet location.

I didn't expect the below issues from a 4 starts hotel: - the shower head was broken and it was not fixed during our stay even that we highlighted the issue; - the cleaning can be improved. The inside of the wardrobe was dirty. - the breakfast staff can be more friendly and smile.

Location is pretty good and the room was very clean. I really liked pools with thermal water. Breakfast was very good as well.

Practice of the hotel is to take your credit card information like guarantee you will pay everything. Honestly didn't feel comfortable with that. Beside this fire alarm was accidentally activated in the middle of the night.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. We had 3 nights in Ensana Grand Hotel, breakfast is really nice, if you decide to eat dinner its as well nice. There is a bus station in front of the hotel, and in the less than 30 min you are in the city center of Budapest. Personal in hotel is very nice and polite! We will come back for sure!
