Disappointing

Free car park.

No hot water in washbasin. Tap loose. Inadequate electric shower far too weak to warm the water up .exposed wires above the shower.No drawers to put clothing in., bottom of wardrobe was to dirty to place any clothing on. breakfast was sort of ok coffee great. And the staff were good.

A good middle tier place to stay in Chiang Rai

The wifi was good, clean rooms, nice staff and breakfast every morning with fresh ground coffee

The place needs some TLC but overall was worth the cost.

Room was comfy and clean

Pictures look better than reality. My room was on 1 st floor so I was in the dark as the window opened toward a wall. Swimming pool was green on the side.

Service and location were excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everything

Staff were excellent. They had lots of water in the room as well as complimentary robes & slippers. A patio with table and chairs and a midsize fridge with a freezer for ice. Complimentary breakfast was excellent

We liked everything about the property. It felt like more of a honeymoon instead of a hotel. A few more hangers would be nice

Very good

The family who owned the hotel were very kind and accommodating. They even gave me a ride to the bus station when I left. Spacious rooms and yummy breakfast. cute cats live here too.

the bed was uncomfortable and the pool was quite dirty, making me not want to swim in it.

Good hotel with comfortable room with good facilities the hotel is a 10 minutes walk to the clock tower so fairly central also they serve a good breakfast
