We loved our room, it was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were so lovely, and very helpful! They kindly picked us up from the train station after our sleeper train, and then allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. There are a lot of restaurants nearby so plenty of places to eat, and the hotel staff kindly gave us a map when we checked in, and gave is plenty of information about the area, I.e restaurants, ATMs, tours and onward travel. Great value for money!

Only complaint is the hotel is down a side road which is quite dark and poorly lit at night. (Obviously not the hotels fault but we needed to use the torch on our phone). This may have been due to a power cut however as there was a power cut in the area that night, so perhaps there is normally lights.

Great, stay here

Very funny and genuinely friendly staff, most helpful. The location could hardly be better for the centre of Hue. At the end of a small alley and quiet, beautiful view on the water, but still very much in the vibrating heart of the city for bars, restaurants, shops, and the walking street on the weekends. Free bicycles (didn't take it, though), laundry service at a good price (didn't need any at the time). You can take a nice walk along perfume river and can also comfortably reach the citadel/royal palast walking. Definitely worth staying here, even more so when you compare it to the other choices in this area

Cant fault Hue River Side Villa. Amazing location, helpful staff, great room and beautiful river scenery. Wish we could have stayed longer :)

The villas have a lovely river outlook, and because the property is behind other buildings, it is very peaceful while still being within easy walking distance to some great spots to eat.

Amazing service above and beyond!

The check in was amazing. Welcome tea, explaining where to eat etc. The room was available for us early and beautiful. Then a major flood in the city happened and the staff wrapped our suitcase in plastic and helped wade through the flood kerning our stuff dry and making our safety their priority, finding us a nice cheap alternative hotel on higher ground. I think they were amazing and the service incredible. Thank you

Stay was wonderful. Beautiful cottage with very hospitable people. They carried a smile all the way. Even though property is excellent but that's not the best thing about Hue river side villa.Best thing is people there who make you feel like home and literally available for all your requests with a great great smile Will recommend this any day any time

Great location. Quiet and peaceful because down alleyway off street right on river. Staff amazing. Great breakfast.

Entrance to alleyway can be hard to find first time return on own.

Superb

The staff were super friendly from the moment you walk in. The breakfast was delicious and the setting was tranquil. It is not 5 star but I doubt you could find better value for money
