Very helpful staff. Clean and Neat rooms.

We were allotted a room on the 3rd floor, lift was not available. Car access is not available to the hotel, the road is narrow.

Would have liked to stay longer.

Excellent breakfast. Great location

The lane leading to the hotel was under reconstruction which was inconvenient. But that was temporary and not under the hotel's control.

Good 2 nights in Hue

Had a late checkin and was welcomed. A bit tricky to find the hotel, but a good place and position. Breakfast was really good. Good value for money

Good night's sleep, great staff.

Room was clean - not to be taken for granted in my experience in Vietnam so far. Amazingly quiet given the proximity to the chaotic and noisy night life of Hue. The first hotel in Vietnam where I could have a good night's sleep. Staff is very kind and helpful; upon arriving on a very wet day, I was a bit unimpressed about the way the reception / dining area was set up as it gave a bad impression. Tony reassured me I would sleep well and I am glad I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Another member of staff also offered me a drink upon arrival and helped me with carrying backpack upstairs. Tony's sister impressed me with excellent English and explanations about tours on offer and restaurant options. All in all they really care about their guests. Breakfast was simple and freshly cooked every day, it was enough to keep me going until we'll after 2pm. All in all the hotel is very good value.

The weather was unseasonably cold and humid, and therefore so was the room. To the credit of the staff, I was immediately given extra blankets upon asking. Some way of heating would make a big improvement in comfort of the room. The reception area gives a bad image of the hotel. Designing this better would be more suited to the rooms and staff which are the best assets of this hotel, and would make the hotel a perfect place to stay.

Great location, very close to bars and restaurants but tucked away down a side street so very quiet. Road has been dug up so access is rather challenging for wheelchair users but other than that, all good

Nice hotel, lovely people, but listing not accurate.

The hotel is clean, pleasantly decorated and the people there are really lovely.

The rooms are not as big as advertised, and do not have all the amenities listed. Superior Double is about 15m sq, Standard Double close to 12m sq. I was not worried that there was not a mini-bar, bidet, safe etc etc in the room, but it's not a very accurate listing. Also, the hotel is down a small, unpaved alley (which additionally is partly dug up at the moment). In the rain it was a river of mud, and I wrote off a pair of leather shoes.
