We were robbed. While we had a dinner in the hotels restaurant, someone entered our room (606) using opened terrace door (it was not opened but us) on the roof, opened all our locked luggage and stole a brand new iPhone from the locked luggage. Personell was not helpful (I asked to call police, we were waiting for a long time during late evening for people to come and check the room etc), hotel didnt offer any kind (financial or emotional) of compensation, we never talked or been contacted by the manager. it was extremely dangerous situation for us as a family with two small kids and hotel took no responsibility , plus were questioning the situation and said that probably our kids opened that door (they never did). Hotel didnt offer to change the room so we were staying for that night in that unsafe room (I was not sleeping the entire night). There are no cameras anywhere in the floor or on the roof. Hotels technical room on the roof is easily accessible by anyone from neighboring building roofs, it is open to enter to cause any damage to safety and security of guests staying in the hotel. It was extremely harmful experience and stay full of ignorance and lack of will to help and support for people who paid 1000 euros per night and the only thing that was important for personnel was what we took from the mini bar. never ever coming back to that place. you can not be sure in safety, understanding and human approach. all we heard is sorry and unluck. Beginning of Christmas break was ruined and caused a lot of stress right in the center of Geneva. P.s. on the terrace there was an ash tray with cigarettes. So housekeeping never checked the terrace before we checked in and didnt check the door, or left it open in purpose

Lifelong ally of Longemalle!!

Staff was a lovely, kind, friendly accommodating. It was my friends birthday, so the desk attendant help me set up a surprise with cake, flowers, balloons went above and beyond to decorate the room, the thoughtfulness, beauty of the hotel, the surrounding area, made it easy for an American to travel through Geneva. Also, another thing that stuck out in my mind was the shower in the bathroom/ the bathroom itself was amazingly clean and the water pressure was awesome. Felt like a spa.

Room was a bit stuffy and small, but Im also 6 feet tall with a lot of luggage so Im a little biased.

Overall, I wouldnt recommend the hotel.

The location is close to everything.

The staff are very disrespectful. On my check-out day I went to have a quick breakfast, when I came back to check out, they told me that they already got my luggage (without my permission). I believe they should at least call or wait until I come back. Also, they didnt return the full deposit amount.

The location is THE BEST! If you want to be in the heart of the city centre this is the right choice! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. We are very happy with our stay!
