Very bad hotel.

The only thing you can like is the location

old hotel, not maintained at all, dirty room (shower not working, heater appliance has dust inside and indescribably black stuff inside, dirty swimming pool, disgusting Spa, disgusting showers at the swimming pool level, Surprised that the breakfast was not included, few to no choice to eat there

They gave us the keys of the room but it wasnt clean yet at 4pm we had to wait till 4:20 pm. There was a group of people screaming in front of the door of our room at 3AM ! The beds were so inconfortable. so badly organised..

Disappointing, disgusting, poor customer service and fighting for refund.

Locations was nice.

Room had mold all over the place. My 6 year olds bed was covered in dry blood. My wife and Is sheets were stained and also had dried blood on them. Dust by the clump all throughout the room. Ripped towels and bedding didnt appear to be changed between guests. Got moved to a new upgraded room that we had to wait hours for so that it was cleaned properly. Checked into the new room and there was thick black mold all throughout the entire bathroom. Checked out a day early due to feeling sick. Addressed these concerns with management via the email they requested and nobody has responded. Originally booked 4 nights as a family vacation with our two young children and only spent two nights. The room conditions were completely unsatisfactory and unsanitary. Not to mention the pool area was uncared for. The hot tub water was brown. Ive been a hotel owner / licensed certified pool and spa operator for over 15 years and can tell you in the USA any property with those conditions would be shut down immediately.

Good location for Plains of Abraham activities, a bit run down but nice restaurant on premises.

Great location close to Plains of Abraham for skating and sledding and only a 15 minute walk into the heart of the city. Nice restaurant in the hotel was a plus. Staff were extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. Easy valet parking.

The hotel itself seemed a bit run down. Lots of scratches and signs of wear and tear on the furniture in our room, pool with no towels while we were there, hot tub not very hot, very basic exercise room.

The sight from the room was amazing. Large bed,4 fast elevators,dogs

I was not able to eat breakfast. It was just french fries and ham. No vegetables no fruits. And the cleaniing: around the toilet it was pee,the mirtor was dusty,and after we asked cleaning there was not swipe,no washing up,the mugs stayed dirty.
