Pleasant

Charming no-frills hotel

Very charming hotel, in a shabby chic way. Great location, very warm and friendly staff, especially Rachid. Nice enough breakfast and good coffee.

Some of the other guests were very noisy throughout the night, which rather spoilt the experience of staying in this charming hotel.

Disappointing

Stay somewhere else

Location is great. Right in the medina but easy to find. Short walk to mosque and other touristy things.

Its old - but this shouldnt be an excuse for it being dirty. My room was dusty and the bathroom was awful. The whole hotel needs a refurb - shame to see such a lovely building going to ruin. Stay somewhere else.

In my opinion, this hotel has just two things going for it. First, the folks at the front desk are super helpful and friendly. And second, it's in a great spot, really close to the train station.

The cleanliness is a disaster, the bathroom walls and every corner are stained. I feel disgusted every time I use it. The hotel facilities are stuck in the '90s: no air conditioning, hairdryer, or kettle in the room. It's hard to believe this place is priced at 40 euros per night. Plus, it's incredibly noisy. I couldn't get a good night's sleep for two nights with loud conversations starting at 4 am every morning. If I were the hotel manager, I'd definitely make some improvements. This charming, albeit outdated, hotel needs a makeover cleanliness first, ensuring there are no stains or dust, and providing basic appliances in the rooms for a comfortable stay.

Superb

Hotel Central near the Marina and the old city

The location was very good. The bonus is that the hotel is a historical building on its own right.

The internet was not consistent. Having said that it seems to been an issue in the general area so that necessarily an issue with the hotel.

Very good

the architecture of the hotel and room is immaculate. not like royal moroccan but homely and traditional. and if you want to experience real local life you should stay here. there is a great cafe where beside and people hangout at the small common square in front of the hotel. its a beautiful view. theres corner stores nearby too staffs are very friendly and helpful

the toilet facilities are quite bad.

Very good

A warm welcome and good atmosphere at the hotel. Near to many facilities, esp. the Casa Port.

Everything was good, except the bathroom was too small and we could not avoid the water from the shower to fall out of the bathroom. Very good breakfast and the two persons working at the reception was very nice. The owner of the hotel, Mr Rachid was very collaborative as he contacted me on WhatsApp to arrange for our trip from the airport to the hotel on our arrival in Casablanca at night.

Exceptional

Superb location in the old medina. Hotel is clean, very attractive interior and friendly staff. We had a very large, comfortable room with three balconies over looking cafes/resturants and around a tree lined central square. Was very quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Could only stay two nights.
