Exceptional

This was the best place to stay at in Coonoor. The proprietor was courteous and awesome. The staff was very helpful and made our stay very special and comfortable. The property offers breakfast but we cooked in the well equipped kitchen that they have. They arranged the barbeque and fire place for us. The location is something like you will feel being in clouds. Seeing and setting sun wa surreal. You can have a view of entire coonoor from the holiday home. Its around 1 km from Sim'spark and not too far from Coonoor bus stop.

Beautiful and a peaceful stay overlooking Coonoor town. Come here for the most magical sun set and warmest hospitality

We had a lovely stay at HS Holiday home. We had a lovely warm and kind host who accommodated any request we had. I will definitely come back :)

The house is over a 100 years old. Its very well maintained in that regards. May be the rooms could use a tad bit more pepping up

View from the yard of the house is great. Big bath room.

The facility doesn't look like well maintained. Like on old house. They were doing maintenance of the furniture. The entrance of the house looked like nobody used that house for a long time.

Calm, friendly and entertaining host, very homely stay.

Excellent homely food, Mr. Yousuf and team are great hosts and were very receptive, thanks for making it a very pleasant stay. Mr. Yousuf also arranged for a great driver Nizam, who has more than 40+ years experience and took us around Kodanad, Kotagiri and Ooty and knew all places and served as an excellent guide

All ok no particular dislikes.

The co ordination between Booking.com and property. Since, I had hard time to get final confirmation of my booking till the very last moment.

I made a booking for 16th-17th april and also had a talk with the owner 1 day prior to check in, but on the day of check in he informed me that no rooms are available ,that too when I called him. No decency to atleast call the customer and inform him so that he can make an alternative arrangement. Never book this hotel or it will spoil both your mood and vacation.

Lovely stay with a view

Really cute place with a great view. This property has a rustic charm and the staff are so friendly and nice. The food was also home like. Really enjoyed staying here. Quite accessible from the market and cafs. About 2.5 kms from Coonoor railway station.
