Comfortable affordable hotel close to Taj Mahal

Good location. Short rickshaw ride to Taj Mahal. Shopping across the road. Staff friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable.

A little noisy. Would recommend headphones or earplugs to sleep.

Not a memorable stay..

Cozy rooms, Good varieties of breakfast. The restaurant team was good especially nilesh

There is a lot to say but I would summarise in a few words. The first impression towards hotel is their staff.. Ajay from the Front office was Apologetic for NO Reason, he lied to us that I am giving you an upgrade in the room but the rooms are on the same floor and the view is almost the same which looks like he lied to us. Instead of explaining the reasons he just apologize for his mistake which was quite Annoying. Archi was really rude she really needs to work on her English, We were standing in front of her in the front office and typing the Wifi password and there was only one guest who came behind me and Archi said Sir can u please give me some space, I was really not expecting this and make me feel little awkward, there was one more girl with her few a times and I can see their faces and expression that they are really not interested to assist, in short hotel's front office team really need some hospitality training.. The room attendants really don't know how to communicate Narayan was grumpy for a small request to change the linen again becoz We felt a soggy smell in the linen which he put. View from the room was really bad even after requesting the front office didn't change.

If you love cockroaches, u will love this hotel

There was hardly anything that I liked. frankly a horrible experience staying at this property

It is probably the worst experience I have had staying in this hotel it is filled with cockroaches They made me change my room twice upgraded my room to a deluxe one but the cockroaches dint seem to leave and the management is well aware of the problem because I constantly saw them spraying cheap insecticides all over the hotel. It is a perfect hotel to recommend to someone you dont like.
