The staff was exceptionally service oriented. Special mention to Mr. Neel at the restaurant Nova for his professionalism.

Having the room next to the elevators was a bit annoying as the walls are thin and it gets quite loud when people talk out by the hallways. Heard people burping loudly while we were sleeping.

Food was not that great. Almost same preparation for breakfast and dinner. Food was over spicy. Fresh brewed juice was diluted idli sambar Upma parantha was fixed for Non veg egg, sausage fixed only change kabuli chana, allo baji black chana

The breakfast buffet could have had more options and the taste of the food could be improved. The parking facikity was besides the hotel in a shed, the parking should have been within the hotel.

Exceptional

Overall experience at the hotel was excellent.

Staff was very cordial and cooperative. Food was very good. Room was quite comfortable. Would prefer to stay in the same hotel in future too and will strongly recommend others too to opt for this hotel.

Location of the hot hotel is not close to any market, So, going to city was somewhat of a problem.
