Great location

Great location, very close to most of things and to famous tram! Decent size of the room, very very friendly and helpful personnel, 24h reception, lift, IHOP on few steps distance.

The first room we were in was so tired, so worn out, even sockets didnt work. The reception was very kind and moved us to another one immediately which was clean and good. Though overall the room was okay, it had very small windows, too hard pillows (all), no smart TV (requires your own hdmi cord), inconvenient location of sockets), no bottles check to refill cleansing products (shampoo etc) even though I left a notice about it, poor light. The photos were better than reality. But actually the price corresponded the quality.

Superb

The location of this hotel was great for my husband and I's touristy anniversary trip. We never felt unsafe and there was lots to see and do in the area. The decor of the hotel was so cute and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to others travel to the area.

We had wished that there was a desk lamp on the desk in our room.
