Great location with very friendly and accommodating staff!!

Shuttle to and from the American Airlines center was a great perk. Complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our 35th anniversary was a nice treat. (Turned champagne into sodas and lemonade because neither of us drink)

Slightly sweet/spiced odor in the hallways.

Plush carpeted quiet rooms

Bed mattress were 13 years old and worn. Covers were not of good linens. Pool spa not open and yet 70 degrees. Poor excuse as closed for weather

Beautiful, amazing, caring, and would come again!

Beautiful place! Loved the room we stay in! We stayed in the Erotica Room for our Honeymoon! It was perfect!

The only thing about our stay that we didnt particularly like was, the women who was working the front desk around 1-2pm on the 16th of October wasnt very friendly. My now fianc isnt normally someone who would notice things like that, had said Well she wasnt very friendly as soon as we ended the conversation with her to go to our room. She seemed very bothered/annoyed. I understand people have their bad days and we dont really know what she could be going through, but she was the first people we saw when we got inside the hotel. Made me nervous for the rest of the stay, but it ended up being great! The valet employees were super nice and have us a nice welcome! She didnt even greet us. I went up to the desk and I felt like an annoyance to her. I was thinking it might of been since we got upgraded for some previous problems when book which zaza couldnt control, but they were so kind about it. I wrote a great review specifically for the women who helped us then. This other lady was not friendly, and when I told her about the upgrade she had attitude about it. I honestly dont know what we did. My husband were trying to figure it out, but we couldnt seem to find a reason. I was worried because I mentioned the situation with book and the upgrade and maybe she was frustrated about it that she already knew about it. Im not sure. Otherwise our stay was amazing! Zaza was amazing! I will definitely recommend!! They were so kind and caring!
