Very good

Liked the location, nice hotels grounds. Did not have breakfast, so can not comment on this.

Did not like the room. View was to nowhere, to the wall. Room was very dark ans not cosy. Could t even to put the make up. Maybe other rooms had better view, but hotel did not look fully booked, do not know why reception picked such a bad romm. We would not come back. Hotel takes deposit of 115 eur, which was refunded folowing day, i was not informed about this during booking!

Nice, but some insights for improvement

We chose this property for the spa particularly. The spa was nice, small a bit crowded, but these were festive days and that was normal. The spa is open 24/7 - plenty of options to enjoy it peacefully. Selection of high quality meals from the breakfast buffet was superb. You could feel warm touch of the chef everywhere- bread, veggies, fruit. Carefully selected and served. Deserves applause. Guys at the reception were nice. Restaurant staff was ok.

Noise isolation - practically none. You can hear everyone from neighbouring rooms near you and above you. Lights- strange light ambience in the rooms. Not a single option of full lights on. It is not a cave. It is a room!!! Room service - deserves additional chapter. On the first day we met a guy in the elevator who was carrying a tray of dishes as nobody removed them after he ordered food to his room. It was strange, but we faced the same two days in a row. Great work has to be done to improve cleaning service and room service. You have to ask for everything all the time. If they make a bed- they will not carry away your glasses, wont change the towels, wont clean the coffee machine, wont even look at the bathroom. Moreover - if you were not lucky enough to leave the room before the cleaning lady knocks the door, be sure you will not find your room serviced later. I could go on and on. It is not ok. One cannot usually expect this from 5 star hotels. Even at busy periods the service level should be maintained.

For me it's one of the best hotels I've ever been in because it's very unique.

The hotel has a very special atmosphere and is extremely chic. The lighting concept and interior design is fantastic and impressive, with attention to detail. My room was quite large. The bathroom luxurious. The care products and amenities are excellent. For me, the smoking lounge was a great asset. The breakfast is rich and lovingly presented. There is an extra menu with egg dishes and more. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. For me it's one of the best hotels I've ever been in because it's very unique.

A coffee machine in the room was great, I would have been happy with real milk for the coffee, there is only coffee creamer powder.

Real 5 stars experience, with a guy that is helping to park your car. And this amount of attention from everyone. I enjoed staying here. Private parking, small but cosy spa area. Can't tell anything about restaurant, pls read my negative feedback part.

When we have arrived to the hotel main restaurant was occupied with some celebration, and another restaurant was full. So when we have arrived hotel, and were basically starwing, we had to look for a restaurant near by, search it at go there. Not quite what I have expected from such hotel.

Spacious Stay in a Prime Spot

This hotel really ticked the boxes for me! The room was fantastic - plenty of space to unpack, spread out, and truly relax. I could actually do yoga poses without rearranging the furniture, which is a rare win in hotel land. And the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the action, with everything I needed just steps away. I loved popping out for morning coffee and coming back without breaking a sweat. While I can't speak to every aspect of the hotel (I was just there for a quick two-night stay), my overall impression was extremely positive. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city.

Not the best experience

+ spa area was nice, not too crowded + maids was nice all the time, smiling and saying hi + good breakfast and coffee

- there was a private party in the bar and the music was so loud that it was impossible to sleep even at 3rd floor, party started at 22:30 and hotel rules says the quiet hours starts at 22:00. - we had to change a room due to the problems above, both rooms had problems with dirty floors, trash lying around in living room and bathroom
