Recommended place to stay with excellent location

Excellent location within walking distance from the train station on the Main Street of Zermatt. Its a boutique hotel with comfortable rooms. We were upgraded to a larger room so that was nice

Nothing really. A bit pricey compared to other places we have stayed in Switzerland

Lovely hotel with cozy rooms and a delicious breakfast

My family loved this hotel. We had a family suite perfect for the 4 of us with our 2 small dogs. The location was on the Main Street and close to the train station. The hotel was lovely. We loved the cozy rooms and breakfast was delicious. We absolutely loved our dinner in the restaurant hotel. We would love to stay here again and will recommend it to others.

Great Stay. All was perfect except for WiFi in the rooms

We loved our stay here. Breakfast was great and filling with a complete, fresh buffet style breakfast. Dinner and dessert at the hotel was great. We had wine and chocolate fondue and the truffle dessert and loved it all. The bath in our room in the upstairs loft was so nice. The water got plenty hot and made for the perfect wind down after skiing. The ski room downstairs made it easy for us to store our skis and equipment too. Location was also great and right in the center of Zermatt.

WiFi in the room was awful and nonexistent. On day #1, the room felt cold, but eventually got warmer. The separated beds brought together into one larger bed made for a larger than normal crack/separation between the beds. However, the beds were still very comfortable individually.

Perfect room and perfect location in Zermatt

It was a pleasant surprise after a long train journey to reach this hotel. We loved the way they took care of our child with a baby cot. The amenities in the room were perfect and we even had other amenity requests which they happily assisted us with. The rooms were nicely soundproof however, during the summers, the room temperature is not controlled. We left our mobile charger in the room after check out and they helped us to send it back to us back to our home in Thailand. It was delivered in perfect condition.

They have a famous restaurant outside the hotel which was good except for the restaurant manager who was very rude to us. However, he behaved nicely on the tables with high spenders.

Exceptional

Glorious hotel, perfectly located and what a find on our travels. From the moment we stepped in we found the Hotel comfortable and cosy and immaculately presented. Dinner was lovely - although a treat at Zermatt prices :-) Breakfast was plentiful, beautifully presented and the Bircher was delicious! We would happily come back again on our next adventures in Switzerland.

Only slight negative was the hotel was too hot for us who are used to cooler climates, even with heating off it was very warm.
