Superb

The location was very convinient since we have arrived by bus. The room was very confortable and the decotation is very nice.

The check-in and the check-out. I would prefer to know in advance that I had to go to the other hotel to make the check-in. The check-out was very confusing, because I have received the messege to make it online but I haven't receive any website link. I went to the other hotel and no one was there.

PERFECT LOCATION! AT THE EDGE OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT OF THE CITY. VERY COMFORTABLE STAY.

LOCATION! LOCATION! Helpfulness and friendliness of reception personnel. Very accommodating to my request of a quiet room, which is mosty appreciated. Coffee and/or tea were available at the lobby or reception room of the hotel. Also, the check out is made more convenient by dropping the hotel's card keys in the mailbox of the building itself.

soap has run out for washing hands. I cant say that I was very upset, but the very fact of his absence You need to be careful on the stairs, especially with heavy suitcases

The stay itsef was really-really nice and we would love to come back!

Very conveniently located, easily accessed and beatiful inside hotel

I paid for two extra hours at the reception when I checked in. I was said that I can checkout 2 hours later at 1 PM but in the morning I found my hotel card deactivated earlier at 12AM. I didn't mind to checkout because we were already ready. But it felt a little bit embarrassing.

Bed is very confortable . Shampoo and soap smell really nice. Staff at Hotel Emma were very kind and helpful .

The room is very small (not easy to realise from the pictures ). There is not really enough space for 2 people's stuff. We heard a lot of noise from the room upstairs even during the night.

It was very good

The breakfast was good, solid and tasty. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast is not at the same place and while it is not an inconvenience, the second day I had to wait 20 minutes until it was served. The check in happens at another place, however it is very near so no problem.
