The Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town has a perfect location near the square and offers great rooms that are clean and comfortable. The terrace bar is a highlight and the staff are friendly and helpful. (Read More)The gym, pool, and spa facilities are also great. The hotel is in a lovely location in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and is within walking distance of many attractions. Overall, guests were very pleased with their stay and would recommend the hotel.

Very good

Overall, this worked well for what we were looking for.

The convenience of the location and the pool/jacuzzi were what we were looking for. The restaurant was easy to access and the food was good.

The bar service had a couple of issues. Nothing was too problematic, though.

A very nice hotel and my second time staying. But, sleep disrupted due to music across the road.

It's the second time I have stayed here. The main pull for me is the location. The hotel is right in the middle of my favourite 'rynek' vein. Florianska is a vibrant cobbled road, with an eclectic range of shop fronts. It's also on the right side of the square for access to the train station, shopping mall and other attractions. The hotel itself is grand, a welcoming entrance into a well presented building. It is clean, spacious and attractive - particularly the underground spa. Rooms and bathrooms are big and the food is tasty.

Our room overlooked a nightclub/bar on the other side of the road, which disrupted our sleep. Despite this not being the fault of the hotel/staff, it's obviously something that guests should be aware of as the whole purpose of staying in a hotel is for a decent rest. If you can't sleep due to the presence of a nightclub, then your stay is compromised. The review score asks me to rate my 'stay' at the hotel, not the hotel itself which is lovely. My score refers to the stay/quality of rest.

Reception area was terrible. Very narrow. Most of the receptionists were poorly trained. Bed was not made up when we arrived

Hotel was really great. Very kind staff, nice and big room, everything clean.

The only one thing was that we we heard noises and people from next rooms and corridor.

posh hotel in the very heart of nice place Krakow

a luxurious hotel where we spent at least one wonderful night. everything is at a very high level, both the rooms and the hotel management in general. A decent restaurant, but still not up to the required level. cool parking with an elevator) Overall, a practically new hotel with a very beautiful design and cozy rooms

pillows - lit bit hard, too warm in rooms while climate control in the room did not work properly

Absolutely Fabulous Hotel!

Absolutely FANTASTIC HOTEL! The room was amazing! SPA area was really great and relaxing. Food in their restaurant was fantastic especially steaks and pastas ! Staff were really helpful and friendly. Location is great! Main Old Town street but in the room you couldnt hear a sound, a great night sleep! It was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed at!

Too short stay! Next time we will stay longer!

Would recommend this hotel.

Location perfect. Food amazing. Staff relatively friendly but didnt go out of their way to make you feel welcome or tell you anything about the hotel or anything locally.

Staff could have been a little more attentive.

Fabulous location but you do pay for it.

Location High ceilings and design / architecture

Lack of reception area. No heated mirror or extractor fan in the bathroom. Breakfast not included in my package; at that price it really ought to have been.
