Just a reminder that Booking.com Has 10 point system, not 5 points. All red flags are there already.

Nothing. Really, there's nothing good about the place. Servicing people is sometimes eager to help, but overall situation...

When it comes to staff, all the staff behind the desk is just a disaster: - They will nearly break your credit card, because not sure how to use it. - They will give you not activate your card for the room, so when you return to fix it - there will be not even a simple apology. - They will not even change your money early in the morning, because.,.. well after 11:00 am they get new rates - so refused. There's no announcement on that at all. - Invoice... my god... I even put all the data in the Booking.com portal. Guess what my "good friend" Amant wrote in details?! Company name - Booking.com. Address 12345 When this guy without questions processed the invoice I was silly enough to assume he is using data from Booking.com... and stupid ME, didn't check it. Well technically... he was using data of booking.com My favorite moment: once checked out. That's it - wi-fi access switched off immediately. So while expecting a business partner, I decided to ensure I would be ready and checked out in advance before 9:00 am... well next hour no internet... fyi it's a business trip I am on. FYI when I was logging to the hotel wi-fi (before check out) page even insisted that I have 3 more days of access. So there are no terms advised to warn you about it. And let's get more into the actual... ROOM. First night - no towel for the floor or hands. Was also surprised not to see slippers. The site says about a mini bar - forget about it. I've arrived at 9 pm to the hotel after a 6-hour flight and an overall 9-hour trip. Had some hope on that one. But from the mini bar... there's just an actual fridge. Ok, no alcohol, but I would be great to get my hands on a can of soda/cola you name it. Something sugary. NOTHING. Speaking of the fridge. The damn thing is just old, like most of the carpentry on the 10th floor. You see the comments above, now just try to remember - we are talking about not a budget hotel, after all, 4 stars.

Great location but poor service

The location is excellent, right next to Janpath and CP. The room was clean.

The check-in took time. The card machine during check in as well as the one brought in by the in-room dining staff was not working. Infact the in-room dining staff had to make 3 trips to the room as the machine didn't work. The telephone in the room was very old and the cord kept coming out. The wifi was not working and I had to make a few calls to the reception, only to be told there is an issue and then was given another temporary code. The staff are not very attentive at this hotel. The room sizes are also small.

Good location with poor rooms

The rooms are very old, needs revamp very badly. The furniture, bathroom tiles & fittings are really old and need desperate upgrade. The pictures shown on the website are from the inauguration day of the hotel, currently nothing is even close to it, only well maintained part is the entrance & main reception lobby area. If you have booked through booking.com or other portals then they will give you the smallest room possible in that category! The breakfast is same for all 6 days, they only change the menu for Sunday which is very unusual & never heard, so think before you opt a room with breakfast.

Location was the only good part.

No tissue box in the Room, No complementary toothbrush and toothpaste, Bathroom door couldnt get shut well so the water was just flowing in the whole bathroom. AC was noisy and could hear the people next door.
