Very good, I would go back. I would rate the hotel at some 9,5
The hotel is in a beautiful building, in the general tone of the attractive Brugge. The breakfast is luxurious. The staff very polite and helpful. Just minutes away of all Christmas and New Year attractions.
The pillows were a little bit too stiff. Also, the door of the room is not sound proof enough, especially when your neighbours constantly slang the door of their room.

Perfect for a quiet weekend away
Stepping off of the busy streets into the hotel felt like a peaceful haven, which is exactly what we were looking for and expected. It's tastefully decorated and beautifully lit, and the staff were efficient and helpful. Our room was an unexpected highlight, as we thought it to be much smaller. The hotel's location is outstanding, allowing one to stay within easy walking distance to the centre.

Lovely hotel in superb location
The location was great, breakfast was lovely with a great selection. All staff were very helpful and friendly.
It was difficult to reduce the temperature in the room to below 20 degrees, opening the window then allowed street noise in which went on very late into the early hours of the morning. Also it was sad that the Christmas time songs stopped on boxing day, tweede kerstdag, it is still the Christmas season until New Year.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of bruges. We had a suite and it was super clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel. Would visit again.
Friendly staff, great location and a beautiful hotel all round.
The hot water in the shower was temperamental and we were caught off guard and almost burned a couple of times.

In general, the hotel is very beautiful, especially Xmas decoration. Central location
Breakfast was amazing. The food was delicious and fresh. The interior was very beautiful.
I was very surprised that there were no bathrobes, no slippers, no shoe horn in the room. The size of the room is also too small.
