A dirty place both outside and inside stinking with filth all around the hotel Lift was not working, stairs were smaller than that found in most of the houses Size of the room it ended before it started Bathroom - i had to squeeze in and i am not a well built person Bathroom was dirty Winder when they last cleaned the rooms With lift not working they were not so keen to help us with the luggage to 2nd floor A horrible experience

Quite disappointed, nothing close to whatt the photos show

Location is about 10-12 mins walk from Temple. The surrounding was not very clean though

The rooms were nothing like whats shown in pictures. They seemed quite old, damp, not very clean.

Wasted money, but rested, refreshed and bathed under the roof , in a room

Exhaust fan window in bath room broken Bad, tasteless food in polythene envelope with paper disposable was horrible (may be from a thela), whereas cost comparable to good restaurants Tried to contact mobile given in booking twice in vain, got a call back after having all above experience after 2 hours in room

Hotel was charging for water bottle. Nothing was good which I should like.

Order water bottle for my daughter. They provide Milton bottle of 5 litre. Inside there was small bacterias present which was very disgusting. Also I have lodged complaint to staff manager but they didnt take strong action towards staff.. even Asked for morning tea, they said staff is sleeping we wouldnt provide the tea at 7 am. Overall very bad experience and service. Not recommended

Adequate, don't stay here too long

Had a good location and helpful staff. The WiFi had good connection in all the rooms and they had parking available.

The room was damp and was not very comfortable or clean. They did not have additional pillows so it was not the most comfortable sleep.

its not worth the value and better ones were available nearby,safety and cleanliness was a big issue

nothing except location

since cleanliness was an issue, bathroom roof fell in our absence otherwise would have been very dangerous, no proper maintenance of the property, you can find dirt here and there, curtains were dirty and bedsheets etc wee not so clean, somehow managed to stay one night

Very bad hotel , not clean, bad service. Booking.com website should not have this listed. Pathetic.

the hotel did not meet my expectations - cleanliness, ambience, completely different from the website pics in booking.com The hotel staff did try to help us with trying to change the rooms, that way their willingness to help is appreciated

Location, ambience of the room, cleanliness of the room, hot water did not come in the washroom , we had to adjust in one of the two rooms that we booked to use hot water. The hotel corporate office were following up for paying advance. We realized this is only to lock the booking , if we had not paid the advance, we would have called booking.com to get alternate accomodation.
