A relax experience in Varanasi

Very nice Stay in Benars in a quiet area. Rooms and beds are so comfortable. There is an excellent car service for sightseeing and airport drop managed by Mr. Shailendra. Breakfast buffet have a variety of items and the restaurant offer a wide range of typical Indian and continental food. The property itself its an heritage style building, beautiful! There also a pool which makes a pleasant and relaxing time for enjoy more the place. Definitely recommended.

The staff did not have any hospitality experience and bothered us until middle of the night for discrepancies due to their oversight. The rooms were not clean and our bed sheets had stains, bathroom wasn't cleaned and the mats were damp and smelly. The staff admitted that the room was not cleaned before the room was allotted.

Decent stay, food was good and bathroom was clean

The balcony bedrooms were good and had proper ventilation. The bathroom was also clean and had vanity kits they dont have fizzy slippers though. The breakfast at hotel was also good with multiple options to choose from. Overall a decent hotel for the price point.

The bedroom without balcony are poorly ventilated the corridors to the bedrooms also have this issue and Wi-Fi signals were very low for our room on the top floor.
