Disappointing

An average property with many shortfalls.

Location is very nice.

Actually its not a hotel but a marriage garden which is being used as hotel during off season . It doesnt fit in the definition of a hotel. In all the rooms bathrooms are 3 to 6 inches high from the room floor leval which is very inconvenient. Specially for those who are physically challenged. Finally, its not wheelchair friendly too.

Rooms were not clean. No hot water in bathroom. Staff was not helping. Looks like people are coming only because it is pet 'friendly'.

Someone entered our room when we weren't there.. After informing the manager, he did nothing to help and check in the CCTV. Thankfully nothing expensive was there in the room

ambiance(it was a bit rustic) the water pressure coming in the jetspray and shower was very low. the room lock was very tight there was a party going on, so we had difficulty sleeping

Not value for money...I will never recommend my friends

Brekfast was average and location was good..but property is not maintain at all not value for money I will never recommend this hotel for stay to my friends or any one.

Rooms were not clean.... bathroom was dirty.
