Superb

GREAT HOST

The manager Ramesh Tiyagi was very helpful, a great host. He made good recommendations on site seeing as well as being accommodating. Made us feel very welcome and ensured we were comfortable. Provided a blow heater as the weather in December is cold. The location is not far from.the train station which is very useful.

No TV in the room.

I didn't like anything

Photos shown at booking .com are not matching, rooms were filthy, there is no pool. Also basic amenities like hot water, drinking water,water kettle and toiletries were not given. Also when we landed at hotel we had to wait for 2 hrs to get the room ready( we did check in at 2 pm when it was supposed to be 12 pm). There was no phone in the room to connect with housekeeping and reception I won't recommend this hotel to anyone

Huge disappointment for untidy room with over priced

Sorry, there was nothing to like about the property. It was a huge regret or disappointment to stay there.

I booked the hotel room while coming back from Jaisalmer (around 600 km) travelled on one day + 2 hours stuck in huge traffic jam on Ajmer highway. My family (includes 2 kids) were very tired. 1. Room pictures were completely different as shown online but we had no energy to cancel the hotel and look for another hotel as it was Christmas holiday rush time and also our long travelling. 2. Room cost was INR 11000 which was very over priced. 3. Washroom was very dirty and stinky. 4. Water in bathroom tap was coming very slow as a single thin layer and takes atleast 15 mins to fill small bucket for bath. 5. Couch was torn and very stinky. 6. I ordered tea at 7.15 am and it was not delivered up to 9 am even when I came for breakfast. 7. No breakfast was served up to 9 am and according to hotel, breakfast timing was from 8 - 10 am (Hotel staff agree to add complementary breakfast in my booking as they know the room was hugely overpriced) It was a huge disappointment to stay here. As I booked my room after reaching Jaipur. Hotel manager called me and asked me when can I come. I mentioned that I am on the way and hardly 3 km from hotel but due to huge traffic it might take some time. Hotel manager mentioned that he would wait for me for 15 minutes otherwise he would assign the room to another people. Now, my question, I booked over priced room online which was partially refundable and booking.com had my credit card details. If I would have cancelled my booking than they could also directly charge it from my credit card but why would they force the person to be available in 15 mins otherwise they could cancel the booking and give it to someone else. Also this policy was never mentioned. It was completely unprofessional and unethical behaviour.

Do not stay here. Not even the basics. There must be much better options for this price.

Spacious room

The shower did not work, you have to shower using a bucket. The whole property is needs maintenance and love in every corner, everything looking old, toilet in very poor condition, furniture broken, dark room, everything can be heard through badly maintained and very old doors, staff not very helpful

Good room, good breakfast but staff not great

Nice room. Breakfast is good.

Got charged over 1600 r.s for about 1.5kg of laundry. It would have been cheaper to purchase new cloth. Asked for toilet paper in our room, 20min later I was still waiting...

The staff are helpful, and it is good value for money.

The food was of a good quality. The staff made every effort to accommodate my needs and wishes, from booking trips to the game reserve to arranging taxis for trips out to the forts and around town,even the pool attendant/gardener made sure I had everything I wanted. my room was large it had a bathroom dressing room and a bedroom come sitting room. The outside of the property was presented well.

The property is old and the inside looks a little dated. This explains why there was only two power sockets both included in light switches halfway up the wall resulting in my having to balance things on the back of the sofa to charge them, and a third socket lower down did not work . with the size of the room it was a shame there was no fridge. Also in my room I couldn't get a WiFi signal and I had to go out and sit on the communal balcony or front garden to get a signal. The hotel doesn't expect card payments. Despite all my criticism they are small and not insurmountable, and would not put me off staying here again.
