Right location to see all the sights of Salzburg.

Great location only a walk across bridge to all tourist locations. Nice rooftop dining and bar. View is very nice of fortress and river. Lots of good pictures. Room was spacious and clean. First floor has very nice area to relax, with comp champagne.

Room lights are very confusing. Too many switches all over room. Hard to figure what switch did what lights. Staff was pleasant when you engaged them, just not as friendly as we found in Vienna.

Attractive hotel, but make sure you ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel.

Great Location in the centre of Salzburg, warm welcome from the staff and comfortable room.

There are a number of bars in the alleyway directly below my room and I was kept awake until 3 am by raucous customers. I cannot recommend this hotel if you are a light sleeper or disturbed by noise. When I mentioned this to reception the next morning they said I shouldve asked for a room on either the third or fourth floor (I was on the fifth). Since this is my first time in the hotel, I couldnt possibly have known that this problem would exist so that was not helpful. The hotel describes itself as a stylish luxury hotel, but all the design features in the world do not make up for a poor nights sleep.

Great location.Just by the river and a easy walk into the old town and main tourist spots. The whole of Salzburg is very walkable. Very friendly welcome and easy check in Room spotlessly clean.amd great shower and really comfortable bed.. Breakfast was very nice and the roof terrace had a great view of the old town skyline. Staff very helpful and efficient Checkout very quick, no problems at all. Would recommend.

It wasn't that I didn't like it It just wasn't explained clearly. We had breakfast included in the cost, it was buffet and a'la carte menu. I think only the egg options from the a'la carte menu are included. As I ordered pancakes from the menu one morning and they were added to the room bill. Again not a problem at all, as the breakfast was delicious, just not clearly explained on the menu.

Great central location. Complimentary water and juice in room.

Showing wear. Room carpet and headboard dirty and stained. Room was in was very loud. Heard loud voices and yelling most nights. Very disappointing. No coffee maker in room. Declined housekeeping for $ credit and then couldn't get the credit because had paid ahead of time. Limited a la carte menu at restaurant and overpriced breakfast buffet so did not eat there.

Absolutely spectacular! location, quality, comfort, ambiance was superb.

Excellent location right on the banks of the river. Very spacious even though we had a small double room. The shower was powerful and large, the bathroom products were good quality too. The rooftop area is amazing. It really is a beautiful hotel.

We were shocked that there wasnt a kettle or coffee machine in the room, however there were complimentary fruit juice and water . We didnt eat breakfast because it was 40 euros each.
