The staff at the Hampton Inn Raleigh/Town of Wake Forest were praised for being friendly and caring. Mel received special mention for providing excellent service during reservations, check-in, and ch (Read More)eck-out. The hotel itself was clean and had nice rooms. Guests appreciated the complimentary items and organized breakfast service. The staff, including Maurice, Aja, and Kristina, were described as helpful and compassionate. The only downside mentioned was a slightly musty room. Overall, guests had a great experience and would book again.

Clean when we checked in. Good breakfast.
On a 3-night stay, our beds were not made, bathroom not cleaned, nor fresh towels. We consider these basic services, and they were non-existent. Probably will not stay there again, although we visit Wake Forest quite often.

Maurice at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. I spoke with him by phone the day before our stay and he was on duty when we checked in. His guest service is the best I have encountered at any hotel in many years! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Not a big issue, but the lighting over the bathroom vanity could be brighter for hair and makeup. I encounter this issue in many hotels.

All of the staff were really friendly. Each night as we returned Marurice would have 2 bottles of water waiting for us as we approached front desk.. Maurice always had a smile and ask how our day was..

Our bathroom had cleaner all over the floor. Spouse fell and landed on the er room. The odor was too much.
