The location was good. The staff were helpful.

The room was a bit dusty, there was some old blood on my duvet inner and the mattress was just a topper pad. I was very tired so I slept ok anyway. The street was very noisy during the night. It would have been good to have known this and to have chosen a quieter room.

The bed was super comfortable. The room was tiny, but had everything you could need in it. The location was close to restaurants and about a 10 min walk to the metro.

The bathroom is so small you can't close the door and sit on the toilet. There is no ventilation in the room when the shower is on, so there is mold growing on the walls near the shower. We could smell cooking from somewhere even though our room didn't have any windows, so it must be coming in through the walls somehow. The cost of the room is insane for how small it is.

The property was located in a good area where it was a short walk to great feeds like the Maxwell centre and other great restaurants.

We booked the family loft and were happy with it at first but after staying there for a few days, we found some parts of our room to be unsatisfactory. Firstly, upon arriving at the hotel to drop our luggage off after our flight at 6am, we were told that checking in earlier is subject to availability and the room being cleaned. That was no problem at all, but after checking into our room at 3 pm, we turned over a pillow on the top loft bed, and we found a big silverfish. Not the best first impression for a newly "cleaned" room. The room is also quite small (as to be expected for Singapore) and is difficult to maneuver 3 large suitcases with the ladder in the way. The room with the toilet was also very small, I am about 160cm tall and could barely fit in that room with my knees almost touching the wall when sitting so I can't imagine how uncomfortable it was for my brother who is lots taller. Our keycard also stopped working on 2 occasions in a single day so we had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. Other than that, the room was fine for a couple of days stay.
