Disappointing

Expect improvements so that we stay again in the property in next visit.

Breakfast was Good. Service needs improvement. The hotel lobby is very good and well maintained. Location is Good. Counter staff is cooperative. Since the location and parking is Good , would like to suggest management that there is a huge scope for improvement.

Rooms need drastic improvement. Rooms are not clean and hygienic. Washrooms are in shabby condition. All bath fittings are rusty. refurbishing of rooms is very much necessary. No charging points for Mobile phones and other gadgets which is the need of hour. Management needs to look in to it seriously. The rooms are not at all worth for the value paid. Serious trouble of Hot water and water pressure too. The only good lobby and smiles do not give comfort to Guests.

The price they take and services they offer have a huge gap. I called the Reception 3 times just for a cup of coffee. They don't have proper bathroom kits and accessories. The cafeteria is very limited

We book a room for 3 member, they charged 650 per day per person but services are not met my expectations. The 1 bed they provide is so bad, only a mattress on floor with a dirty blanket. Overall I am not satisfied.

very poor experience some staff were not taking any notice were abrupt

the entrance was beautiful clean downstairs was nice

the rooms were unclean, dust everywhere the equipment not clean like bucket bowls, the shower was broken, took ages for hot water to come through, the duvet was torn, sheets were not changed, didnt have anything stated in the booking, not kettle teacups, 1 glass we were a couple, no teaspoon, the towels were terrible.

Hotel was old not well maintained, rooms were dirty specially toitels. My parents had to request another round of cleaning Price is very high compared to the facility and maintenance...not worth the money.
