Never going back

It is the hotels responsibility to make sure that each and evey guest feels safe and has a comfortable stay. There was a group who were dancing on top of dining table and creaking ruckus. Do you expect me to eat while people are dancing on dining table. The management was weak and it was a terrible experience

Amazing location, Amazing stuff, Incredible rooms and excellent food!!!

The Hotel is inside a Haveli, typical structures of the area. The room was amazingly decorated and, even tho fully equipped with all the facilities, still managed to keep the traditional look and atmosphere. The stuff was extremely nice and tried to tend to all our needs in the best way they could. We had dinner and breakfast there and they both were great and for a very reasonable price.

The colorful Haveli Experience

The room was very spacious and the decor was traditional. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The meals served were delicious and freshly prepared. It was an overall exotic experience.

The approach road is broken, the toiletries were made available only on request.

Disappointed with the palace, for the price it was adequate.

Location , style.

Cockroach droppings in one room , needed to change, upgraded to ground floor! We had four rooms. Food was not the best.

The geyser wasn't working in the primary bathroom. Called the staff but they weren't able to rectify the issue

Overall Very Good Stay

The location was good, some of the viewpoints just a minute's walk away, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bedsheets were clean,

Sup of Team was costly based on the quantity provided. The food was okay not much of choices. Bathroom and room could have been much cleaner.

Pleasant

We left early in the morning but 'Monty' had taken the trouble to provide a packed up breakfast for our trip which was waiting for us in reception. The location and ambience were great and all the staff were friendly and welcoming

Wi-fi was at best patchy, bed was on the rather firm side, hot water was occasional.
