Superb

The location was perfect to explore Venice on foot. Our room was very quiet despite the central location of the hotel.We liked a lot the breakfast.

Lovely stay, great location

Location, had an elevator! Spacious room.

A bit of noise from hall. Needed more facial tissues, two little packets provided and not replaced. Have a corkscrew available and Prosecco in mini fridge.

A few nights in the heart of Venice

The hotel itself was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Although the location in some respects was ideal, the noise coming from the street was ridiculously loud at night, it didnt die down until the early hours and then started again very early with businesses opening and bin men collecting rubbish etc. we didnt sleep very well at all unfortunately.

Enjoyable experience, would stay again

Love the decor of the rooms. The hotel was very central and staff were all very helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast had a good selection but all the food was cold. Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage were all cold.

Minutes from Piazza San Marco

Very central location--few minutes walk to Piazza San Marco. Friendly staff, especially the breakfast servers. Very good breakfast.

Air conditioning was shut down. (As manager/owner explained, it was mandated by the city, which prevented hotel from turning it on after October 15.) Unfortunately opening the windows to cool the room resulted in multiple mosquitoes bites.
