The charging pack was not working and staff was unable to repair. I was unable to charge any electronics in room. In addition the bath towels were extremely worn and felt like sandpaper.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

The rooms reflect the tyranny of design over function. Ours in particular didn't have electrical plugs where they should be. The lighting was poor. And because of its location, we were woken up several times by several other people banging doors or making noise. Finally, there was not enough parking. We had to drive through the parking lot to wait for someone to leave. For a suburban hotel, that's a problem.

Well located, great hotel!

Hotel is very well located, nice comfy beds, staff is polite and accommodating.

The disappointment is the Galopin restaurant, while the food is exceptional and the staff was always really friendly and helpful. They don't have a reserved area for hotel guests, which makes really difficult to find a table to have breakfast or dinner.. there was always plenty of space available at the bar or in other spots, but they were denying hotel guests say that were fully booked. The room could have better lighting and charging spots.

Loved how modern and clean the room was, especially the bathroom. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Will definitely make this our go-to stay over when driving through the province.

If your travelling by train, stay here

Positives: - VERY well located: as a train traveller a short 5 min walk away from the Sainte-Foy train station and a 25 min straight bus ride to old Quebec. - EXTREMELY helpful and courteous staff: was able to leave them my luggage for a few hours free of charge, no questions asked, absolutely 0 wait time, no matter the hour or time of day, always polite and friendly, no matter the employee. - Bed and pillows are super comfy, but bedding choice is a bit weird, but that's more subjective.

Negatives: - Room layout makes it feel a bit more cramped than it should be - Room lighting is a lacking (many lights, but none powerful enough to fully light the room) - Hallway resonate (you can hear doors closing, ppl passing, etc.)
