Very nice rooms with all the amenities, located close to the Ueno train station (easy to access by direct train from Narita). Staff let us check in early and delivered our bags to the room while we had lunch. Room was a good size with a nice shower. We didn't have the breakfast but they have a nice restaurant on site (we enjoyed the lunch).

Would highly recommend this hotel as a base to explore Tokyo from.

Great location, a short walk from Ueno which is a good area to explore Tokyo fromapprox. 1 hr on public transport from Haneda. Beautifully fitted out rooms and superb shower / room amenities.

Bed was on the firm side, but pillows were great. Restaurant is pricey compared to the options available in the area.

The staff are nice. The room is clean.

My room on the third floor could not receive any sunlight due to the tall building next to the hotel. The room is kinda small.
