Location

When we enter the room assigned, foul odor came from the bathroom. Upon request the hotel change the room. Entering the second room, the sheets and covers seemed like were not changed as there was smells. We had to asks housekeeping to change new. To summarize: poor higene.

Stay here because of the breakfast and close to Braga street

we stay at Hotel Homan because it is close to the Braga Street. And also because of the breakfast room and the many choise of breakfast. We choose the executive room out to the street to follow the action Sunday morning. We have now stayed in the various types of room - and like the executive overlooking the street (room 235)

The room is a horrible. The bathroom was clogged, looks overdue for a renovation, no shower curtain and towels didnt smell well washed. Phone and electric plug near kettle, werent working. Even clothes hangers were broken

Poor service The person who frowns at me (hospitality manager or what) I normally say okay even if someone makes a small mistake and apologise about what he has done but this hotel has a different level of customer service.

I am not gonna recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

Most of the staff are welcoming and friendly all the time except for the hospitality supervisor.

Poor communication skills and the hospitality supervisor frowned his face once he found out that I could not speak Indonesian. I had a problem with the laundry service and that made me miss my train. They know that I can not speak Indonesian but still send a person who can not speak English. I told to staff that I wanted to speak with the manager but was not show up.

Coveres 360 degree of your expectation is in surround of Savoy Homann Hotel.

I was impressed with the historical story of the property, as I am one of the Japanese. The hotel renovation quality was amazing but the same time they retain the old and traditional elements in the property which amaze the people stay at. Staff communication level is also recommendable, while I was waiting for the preparation, they offered welcome drink at the restaurant besides the reception. Location wise also highly recommended since it is easy access to the main street of the famous Braga street. But the guest better to remember accessing to another city from Bandung is not that easy If you are the first time visit.Moving to another city such like Yogjakarta or Bali, you need to take a domestic flight from KJT-Airport which is quite far from the property. Costs around 400K for the taxi, a part from that issue, 100% you can enjoy with everything you need.

Exceptional

The renovations have been tastefully done and kept Savoy Homann true to its architectural history. The room was spacious. The swimming pool was lovely.

There isn't any ventilation in the cupboard with the fridge so it gathers a lot of heat and makes the fridge work hard. Even on the maximum setting, it wasn't cold.
