Over rated hotel with Discriminative behaviour.

Discriminative behaviour of staff can not be accepted, treated us differently on multiple occasions especially at the Restaurent. Ours was a group of 21, we have been to so many places in Europe for last couple of years, this is the first time we are facing such discrimination from a hotel. Need to improve the service levels a lot. Very poor breakfast, same items of average quality for all 4 days and horrible service. Limited hotel facilities, very small rooms and bed quality is poor at this price. Really wonder how they got this review score in Booking.

If in Rome again, will definitely stay here.

Loved the nearby restaurants, the proximity to sights, and the look and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing as well!

The ladies serving breakfast, (waitresses), were very kind, polite, efficient and always helpful. The receptionists were

Plenty of local cafes, restaurants and shops near the hotel.

A bit far away from the city centre. Poor transport facilities. Metro station was quire a walk away. Very few buses available at bus stops located far away. Besides, no direct buses to the city centre. Commuting by bus was a huge problem.

Dogs accepted but not particularly welcomed.

Although not central, the location was OK. The hotel was on a quiet road, and the rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was small. Although they accept dogs for a 25 euro fee, the dog was not allowed in the bar area, or the breakfast room, and was also not allowed to stay in the room on its own. This made it difficult for my husband and I to relax and have a drink together, or even have breakfast together, which spoiled the experience for us. While some of the staff were friendly, others were not so.

It was in a nice location, fairly clean and a comfortable stay.

It would have been nice to have coffee facilities in the room. I had to ask for a kettle and was given one the next day. Also, the room was dusted but not vacuumed even once in the four nights.

Very good

Comfortable hotel in residential area.

It is a clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet residential area, not too far from main attractions. Maybe not 4 star but still very good value especially for families and tourists. Staff helpful. Breakfast sufficient.

Room temperature control was noisy and they had just one water bottle for three nights.
