The Royal Reforma hotel offers a great stay with impeccably clean and comfortable rooms. The bathroom is clean and well-stocked with amenities. Pleasant

Good location, clean and felt very secure.

Water pressure was horrible and hot water took ages. Aircon also difficult to control and too cold alot of the time.

Disappointing

Great location, Rooftop is nice

Cubiertos custan 100mxn, Heating doesn't work always, Terible insulation, No real closing of windows possible, noise level quite high (even on 15th floor)

Good comfort and location

The location was really good since you could easily walk to the city center and restaurants; the bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped.

TV remote and vault did not work and breakfast was not too good for money-value

Don't waste your money, stay elsewhere

Wifi worked. Appreciated standard late check-out time of 1pm. Location is good for walking distance to Roma/Condesa.

Everything. The hotel is in disrepair, I don't think anything has been updated since it was built maybe in the 60s or 70s, e.g. carpet, mattress, etc. The room was not clean - the floor had stains, there was torn fabric on the couch, the sheets had a stain on them like someone had eaten chocolate. The bed was not comfortable. The phone in our room did not work. The toilet was industrial grade. While there was a gym, there was no AC, no mats for floor work, no towels. Most hotels even without breakfast included provide free coffee - this hotel did not. Finally, the housekeeping entered our room even with a do not disturb sign - we had to complain to the front desk.

The price we pay is not the service we received

Very nice location, close to bars and restaurants

The staff. It took 45 minutes to bring up 2 towels, I personally asked to exchanged the towels at reception and the lady sent me back to my room, after that i called 2-3 more times to ask for the towels( we wanted to shower since we were coming back from the pool)after 40 minutes one of the male staff knocks on our door to give is 2 blankets( he was told to bring us blankets) I immediately called reception no answer, i called again, no answer. And to be honest the pool was not very clean. We both speak Spanish so there wasnt any confusion. At 8:30 am we were woken up by one of the male staff entering our room with out permission, clearly and invasion of privacy and we couldnt even rest or sleep after that. When our check out was at 12pm. I was very mad at this point, would not stay again due to your staff.
