Overall decent base to explore Venice

Location is great and overall great for our new years stay close to the action so little need for transport we walked everywhere

Shower was broken and room size is small but that's normal for Venice.

The room is small but cozy. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Good pillows, blanket in comforter (not 2 sheets!), big comfortable bed, clean bedding, lots of towels, bedside tables, table, chair, small refrigerator, TV with internet, good wi-fi, closet, extra blanket, air conditioning (it was cold, but the air conditioner worked for heating), good bathroom, cosmetics for shower, tea, coffee, sugar, mineral water, kettle, disposable glasses (and this, I think, is great, because it is hygienic, not drinking from a badly washed cup, from which 1134 people drank before you!). Lots of light, clean. The value for money is great. Great location. Very close to St. Mark's Square. Recommended!

Great location- just few steps from San Marco Square , nice staff, clean rooms , very good brekfast - hot as well as cold food . Very good place especially for short-term stay

Nice location and stuff.

The photos in Booking do not represent the photos of the anex that was in the courtyard- where the restaurants leave the garbage. Also, the matress was uncomfortable.
