Disappointing

Personal could better and faster deal with issues

Location is great Bed is good Nice and pleasant building

1st day we got stuck in drain in bathroom sink. 2 days problem was not solved. And when it was solved - sink started to leaking on the floor. Only third day we got another room - and sins then everything was amazing. But first days were not good.

Great breakfast, comfortable room

The shower is separated from the room by a clear glass window, I was sharing with a colleague so this was not ideal as there was no privacy.

Very good

Comfortable affordable accommodation with easy access to transport.

Easy access to public transport. Comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

Heating was a bit difficult to control but we are also not used to these systems as we are from Australia.

Very lovely stay

Very comfortable rooms, well decked out. Lovely touches like mulled wine and biscuits in reception. Breakfast was superb, good choice of hot and cold.

Very good

Pretty large room had simple furnishings. Breakfasts are ok (with a focus on healthy food). There is a fireplace in the dining room, which is sometimes lit, and you can sit by the fire. There are 2 pairs of dumbells in the room for those who want to exercise. Amazingly helpful staff. We had non-working safe in a room so the receptionist tried to fix it and after she failed she offered us to change the room. It was a really good gesture.

Room cleaning included only towels changing, the floor in the room wasn't cleaned. Beds are a little bit too soft and uncomfortable. Chair was dirty.

A very good hotel - will definitely stay hete again

Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Excellent location for exploring Stockholm with easy access to.public transport. Very good breakfast buffet.
