Pool is nice, bed is comfy and staff are super attentive

Only 500ml of water per day per guest , with is not make any sense... I would expect from 4 star Hotel for un limited drinking water

This hotel is ok if you need to stay for one night close to the airport and use their free shuttle.

The hotel was not located in a very good area of the city. Nothing nearby, not even a convenience store. Close to a busy road therefore can smell exhaust in the room even at night.

My new CDMX airport hotel!

Very modern and wonderful staff. No problem checking in a bit early. Restaurant is much better than what you get at most airport hotels in the US and Canada. Great if you have a morning flight and they have a free shuttle. I found my new airport hotel for CDMX
