We were here before and we will certainly come back.

A large and comfortable room, a very good breakfast and friendly staff. A free parking place next to the hotel.

Very poor

Would not recommend or stay again, made to feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I found the stuff in the bar and restaurant to be very unaccommodating and quite rude at times made us feel not welcome and very uncomfortable one in particular I believe should not be working in hospitality bringing food and drinks to the table and banging them down in front of my grandkids and daughter definitely would not stay again.

Nice and easy to get to with parking and lovely staff. Large comfy room with a huge bed.

The fitness room was undergoing maintenance.

I liked the comfort of the bed and the overall cleanliness of the room - the room was very open as well. The shower was really nice, and the bathroom was also nice and spacious for two people. Breakfast was also a nice bonus

1. The room heating could have worked a lot better. My partner was very warm, and the 16C felt like 21C. In fact, I would say it didn't work at all. 2. I could hear the vent of the bathroom throughout the night, and that was irritating. I'm not going to lie. The vent also needs to be cleaned. 3. The wifi stopped working from 22:00 till 04:00 in the morning (the room was so hot that my partner had to open the balcony, so I checked my phone), and while I understand the hotel cannot always keep track of the wifi, I am sure they must have gotten some complaints to fix it. 4. For 300 euros, I am not sure what I paid for reflected the quality of the room. That said, it is Bruges, so take it as you will.

We often visit Bruges for a short break, and this hotel will in future be the first on our list.

Friendly and attentive staff. Convenient location (if using own transport). EV chargers on site. Good food served in bistro bar and restaurant was not overly expensive.

Decor looking a little tired, particularly the ensuite bathroom, with fittings well overdue for replacement/refurbishment.

Perfect for us to break up our journey. Will use again!

2 Minutes from Motorway, Very friendly staff. Good size room with a very comfortable bed. Option to use Air conditioning or open window. Breakfast option for hot and cold food. Nice bar area and breakfast room.

The room was a bit dark and slightly outdated looking. It would be nice to have a ceiling light.

Overrated and dont order the burger.

Its location straight off the motorway

I thought overrated from the booking.com advert.shower was a trickle. I had a bar meal and it was shocking raw steak in a burger with the bun covered in a ton of melted cheese.
