Spacious and clean

I did not receive an access code to go in for self check in, I will need to incurred international call fee to call property for access code in order to get in. After getting in will need to self check in using at the machine, upon entering all details will need to make tax by credit card which requires credit card PIN number thereafter machine will given 2 room cards. Breakfast provided was across the hotel 2 mins walk from hotel it was serve in a restaurant. Simple breakfast with 1 croissant (non filling), bag of cut breads, slice cheese and ham, orange juice, cereal, nuts and fruits. Make to order crumble egg or sunny set up egg as well fresh brewed coffee upon order.

The location is great, very close to the main street and train station. The staff is willing to help everyone. The breakfast is good.

The room is a bit small and the Wifi connection is not very good.

Amazing location which is walking distance to the old town. Very safe area. Easy check-in, clean and modern room. Highly recommend Hotel Munzgasse. Staff was friendly and very responsive.

Lovely lucerne.

The hotel was close to the main railway station so was easy to walk to. It was the first time I had done self check in. It was easy to do and efficient. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Nice hotel in the old town of lucerne.

The room was very nice and clean. The location is excellent, close to the river and trainstation.

There is no breakfast available, and no restaurant or lobby. There is a water boiler in the room, but no tea or coffee. I think it would be a good addition so guests can at least have a hot drink in morning.

Very good

A great stay for two nights while we traveled to the alps! Room was clean, staff were friendly and everything we needed. Only wish is that they had a fridge but everything was amazing, breakfast was lovely. Would recommend! Beds were comfortable and a short walk into the centre of Lucerne and train station.

Of course a little older but still clean and tidy!
