Disappointing

There is no ocean view like picture. The balcony is very noisy because it face to other hotels AC.

close to beach.

The toilet is not clean and smells. The sink is so shallow. When you use it, the water will go everywhere.

It felt like a great deal and it delivered

The hotel is clean and well kept. The location is fantastic especially for the price. The staff is friendly and nice. Our room was on the non ocean side so you are facing apartment buildings but the room was great and felt clean. We got sneak peeks at the view on the ocean side and from the 8th floor it looked amazing. Might be worth the upcharge. I would recommend staying here

The bathroom doesn't have a fan to properly dry it out. It just has a vent/window to outside. It was always very humid. Also the lighting could be better in the walkway but doesn't really matter.

The best!!!!

Staff were extremely friendly, professional, helpful. Cold water with cups and coffee were offered and available 24/7. Beach gears were offered (despite we checked them out but we didnt actually use it due to the water was not warm enough for me). Air conditioner was working so well. The hotel location was so perfect. The view from my room window was so fantastic (as I had requested before arrival. LOVE IT 100%. I will return and stay here for next visit. Definitely! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The room cleaning must be requested each day: that is the only thing we must do each day but it didnt bother us.

location was great, staff wonderful,

staff were wonderful and nice. Made up for no swimming pool and the extra $30 a night amenity fee that I don't believe was mentioned in the original booking price. I would have looked at a differnt place if I had known the real rate was $30 a day more than advertised.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfectly located a stone's throw from the beach with endless shops and restaurants all around, in the thick of the Waikiki Buzz. Meanwhile, our room was very peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place clean and attractive, and the coffee machine and beach equipment were nice touches.

Our room faced a wall of plywood covered windows along the outside of the next door building, which was not quite the "city view" I had imagined, but after our stay we felt very renewed anyway.

Location location location! Friendly front desk.

There was major miscommunication on the heating system. There are none in this building, but they kept on saying there are heating from the central air. We spent half hour circling with the maintenance guy who couldnt speak logic to us.. it was like, Me: how can we raise the room temperature? Him: you want me to turn it off? Me: no, I want to make the room warmer. Him: then just set it to 80, and auto, and temperature will rise. 30 minutes later: temperature didnt change a bit Me: its not working Him: it will go up to 80! Me: it hasnt gone up in the past 2 hours that we were out, nor in the past 30 minutes. Him: ok turn it off!
