Because of stay, my entire trip was spoiled

Basically this was a residential facility converted in hotel located in a small gully. Except the size of room nothing was appriciable.

Very poor Cleanliness . Congestive bathrooms , Location, Amenities(No toiletories provided). No running hot water in shower. Gysers were available but after every 5-6 litres of hot water you have to wait for 15-20 minutes for second round.

When we entered the rooms, the rooms were not even cleaned. The pillow covers were dirty. There was dust all around, there were no towels also or anything. The good thing is room size is quite big. Ac is good but the rooms are very shabby and needs to be clean and smell free.

When we entered, there was no staff in the hotel and we had to wait for 15-20 minutes and after that they arrived. We were so tired. Much to a disappointment. When we entered the room it was very dirty. We had to ask the staff to clean it. The bed sheets were dirty. The bed covering is very very smelly and pillow covers were dirty as well.

CHEATERS!! Accepted booking, took advance and then gave our room to others.

Nothing. these people are cheaters. Booked the room on booking.com, took advance and then gave the room to someone else and said plainly that we are sorry, we forgot about your booking!!

Nothing to like about this hotel. These people are cheaters. We Booked the room on booking.com, they took advance and then gave the room to someone else and said plainly that we are sorry, we forgot about your booking!! You take your advance and showed a shabby, stinking room in a deserted cottage as an alternative. Not worth living for a human being.

CHEATERS!! Yogesh Singh (owner) took advance payment for booking and gave room to other guest

The hotel people are cheaters- they gave our room to someone else saying that they forgot that we have booked it. RIDICULOUS!! To show that they care, they said that they will give us alternative room in a cottage that was not worth living for a human being.

Big Cheaters!! Everything was bad- first, just after bookin on booking.com, they asked part-payment to confirm our booking. We did that. Owner Yogesh Singh wanted a payment receipt, I shared it. Then he sent a whatsapp message asking details. I then called up and provided him all details. Also, asked if there is anything else left and confirmation that our room is booked. He assured that it is booked and no need to worry. When we arrived at Pipriya, I sent a message that we will be reacing in about 2 hours to the Hotel, pl keep it ready. When we reached there, he said that take your advance back, I have given room to someone else by mistake. Can you believe that it is a mistake?? Cheater gave it on higher price to someone even after taking advance payment!!

Neat & clean rooms with sofa, king size bed, attached washroom, TV, AC. All the staff are soft, polite in nature, take care of every requirement & attend properly. A room has attached balcony.
