Hope less place with zero maintenance, we went there but we denied to stay and ask them to first ren

We reached the hotel and entered inside to the reception and could feel dampness smell and could not stand for 5 minutes, we were getting breathing problem and they showed us 4 rooms and all are soaked with water and dampness and looks like not cleaned for years dust and dampness, no one can stay in that hotel, zero maintenance for some years. HOPE LESS PLACE

Very disappointed with Booking.com. They charged me Rs 10000 instead of 6000 rupees

Room size

Booking.com charged me 10000 rupees for a day's stay. But the hotel real charges for a day is only 6000 rupees during season and 4000 rupees during non season. I am very disappointed with Booking.com

Will not stay in this hotel anymore

The only thing I like about this hotel is that the location is near to Annai Velangkani Church.

The reception till the room were very bad maintain. The reception no aircond, our room were not clean, toilets are horrible, no proper lightings in room and toilet. We asked the Maintenance to repair it but he just answered not possible to do. Coffee Shop no aircond....very hot during our breakfast time. This hotel basically not properly maintain it's service and cleanliness compared to 3 years ago when I stay there.

An abysmal and nightmarish disaster of a stay, plagued by filth, broken facilities, and unresponsive staff at Hotel Quee

Nothing I liked about the property. It was a nightmare stay in the hotel.

My stay at Hotel Queens Inn was a complete nightmare. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which they conveniently forgot to mention during booking. The room smelled like a dead rat, and the unclean bedsheet was a major turn-off. To my surprise, there were no basic amenities provided, no towels, water bottles, glass, tea cup, or even soap! The broken toilet seat and rusty bath fittings were just unacceptable. The curtains were filthy, making the room feel dingy and unwelcoming. The reservation desk was utterly unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving me frustrated. After countless calls, they finally changed my room, but it was too little, too late. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor amenities, and uncooperative staff made my stay a terrible experience. Steer clear of Hotel Queens Inn if you value your comfort and sanity.

Breakfast was buffet style but several other freely available items were not advertised, so missed out on those. Breakfast staff was attentive.

Despite confirming a late arrival, had to wait more than one hour for our 2 rooms to be ready. Cleaning started only after we arrived and were repeatedly promised it would be ready in 15 minutes. No towels, trash cans wont open. Walls were very dirty and stained all over. Mosquitoes in the rooms. Poor A/C in both rooms. Flies everywhere, including breakfast area. Had requested for 1 hour delayed check out but front desk staff kept rotating and made no note of the request.
