Very good

A lovely hotel situated just off the main strip.

Lovely room in fantastic location.

No room service and the bar wasnt open Im assuming down to refurbishments (just bad timing I guess).

Its ok!

Totally overpriced for what you get! Nor even a bottle of water available in the room. Shower room doesnt have a door. Check-in staff not welcoming. I wouldnt stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, modern decor and very stylish. Room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The location was perfect - close to attractions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Location was great - very easy to walk in to the center of Bruges. Very clean rooms.

Thin walls and were next to the lift so could hear people coming in and out but otherwise nothing!

Good central location, clean. Friendly staff.

Not the hotels fault but didnt realise that the square was being used for a festival and the music was very loud and the windows were not sufficient to block it out. Had to go and buy war plugs for everyone. We were in a junior sweet for 4 so a door on the bathroom would have been good!

Great stay, would recommend, would go back, just not for breakfast

Perfect location for the old town. Nice sized room with stylish decor. The reception staff were lovely, the communal areas were stylish and the hotel in general had a cosy feel.

The breakfast was poor and the server was clearly stressed as she was on her own, had an accident with some juice then spent the majority of the time in the kitchen which meant a lot of the buffet food ran out and I had to keep asking for things. She wasnt happy. On the last day the water in the shower was barely warm. Reception apologised for the issue, saying that the entire floor was affected, so we asked for our breakfast the previous morning to be removed from the bill as compensation, as we didnt enjoy it anyway. They agreed. Thank the Lord for faulty boilers
