Superb

Everything was perfect. Room was spacious and clean. The parking is a bit tight but doable. Staff was very helpful and always had smiles on their faces. Good location as well. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the most places we wanted to go.

Very good

The hotel is so clean. The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast is so delicious.

The location is not so near Alhambra. There is not any fan or ventilation in the toilet.

Nah, dude.

Not much.

Clearly the pictures are much better than the reality. When I checked in I think the one receptionist called me an idiot to the other receptionist who was creepy enough to play Lurch from the Addams family. Hotel reeks like smoke in the hallways to the point it gives one a headache. Walls are paper thin. Every and any door can be heard opening. Rooms are tight, drywall in the room is a hot mess, faucets in the sink aren't square, for some odd reason they spent too much money on a glass bathroom door instead of just buying normal bathroom doors, blankets, bedding feel cheap, and the headboard is ripped up, and just a general sense of incompetence is felt from owner to operators. Hotel price was cheap enough, and now I know why. Left after 2 nights out of a 4 night stay. Surprised, I lasted that long as I never bothered to unpack and knew right away I had made a mistake. Asked for a refund for the 2 nights I didn't say. They said no, non-refundable. I understood, asked for a refund on my parking as I had planned to stay in Granada the day before Christmas Eve until the day after Christmas but couldn't tolerate the hotel. I felt that was a more than reasonable request. The receptionist said they could do a partial refund on parking, but "could not" do a full refund on parking. Well, they couldn't do a partial refund of the parking because I paid in dollars and magically they did a full refund on parking while telling me "I got lucky". Yea, I got lucky all right.

Hotel Porcel Sabica Granada Spain

Stated here before, good location. Staff very nice and friendly. Glad the tea and coffee making machine was here this time. Appears my comments on this was taken notice of. Would recommend this hotel and time.

I had a shower but was in the bath. I recently had a stroke and it was a bit difficult getting in and out.

Overall very good. Did not try the breakfast. Nice rooms and friendly staff.

Clean hotel, nice amenities

For a non smoking hotel we smelled smoke every time we left our room and sometimes from our room. (Not that it smelled of old smoke but that patrons were smoking).
