View from top of Mount Pilatus was good.

Food was below average especially for the price. Room was too hot and uncomfortable. No reception staff in the evening which is odd as you're on top of a mountain and totally secluded.

Location is excellent. Room was very nice. Breakfast and dinner was good.

Our waiter for our last dinner was terrible. we waited 2 1/2 hours for our main course and he made several order mistakes. We finally left before dessert arrived. Had we had the previous nights waiter I would have rated this excellent.

The restaurant needs a better chef and management needs to step in when someone is having a bad day

The location is amazing! Absolutely gorgeous

The food the first night was so salty it was not edible. . The second night we were the first in the restaurant and sat for 2 hrs when we finally got soup another 1/2 hr before we got our entree. We were completely ignored by our waiter. He was just awful! We finally left 2 1/2 hrs later before we received our dessert. Management was aware and apologized but did not improve the problem until the next day we were offered a glass of Champaign with breakfast. We were very disappointed!!!!

Beautiful setting and location. So nice to stay there and enjoy being at the top when most tourists are gone.

Superb

Unbeatable location and the fine condition of hotel and accommodations met expectations.

The only challenge to improve is the dining menu. The meal options were specialized with no easy international options. The breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of choices.

Everything from the cogwheel train trip up and down the mountain to the marvel which is the hotel and views atop Mount P

It was the spot from which to enjoy amazing sunset and sunrise and daytime views of Lake Lucerne and miles upon miles of Swiss mountains and countryside as well. The food and accommodations were exceptional at this one of a kind property.
